Coaching Packages

 

We know that your time and mental space are precious, so we’ve designed these packages to get you right where you want to go. We created these packages based on our most commonly heard themes from moms, and though there will be a specific topic or goal in mind for our work together, each mom’s path is unique and every session is tailored to be the best fit for YOU. If none of these options seem to quite cover the goals that you have in mind, select Custom Package and we’ll take care of you. Our sessions are always solution-oriented and focused on finding what works for you and making a plan. Find the confidence that comes from knowing what works for you, and creating a plan to make it happen - we’ll get there together!

Hooray, the baby is here! I'm a mom! ...Now what?  I'm in total survival mode. In between diaper changes and glimmers of sleep I have so many thoughts, questions, and feelings about what this all means for me. 

Moms are incredible, but don’t always feel that way at first when there are so many other things going on. We’ll help you sort through these first months while you find your footing, and we’ll help you connect with that confidence that comes from being informed and intentional about finding the path that works for YOU.    

I have kid(s) AND a baby...Oh my!  I want to feel like I'm doing my best for all of my kids, for myself, and for my family, and I want to feel confident that I've got this. I’d also really love to take a breather. Is that too much to ask?

 It's definitely not too much to ask - in fact, it's super important for you to take those breathers in the midst of the controlled chaos that comes from having a baby and older children as well. Check out this package to find what works for your family now that you have a new addition, and to not just dream about that breather, but to make it happen!

I'm heading back to work...Another major transition! How am I going to manage all of this, and is my Work Brain even still in there?

Yes, it's doable, and you CAN do it (read that as many times as you need). We'll be there with you every step of the way, and we'll help you sort through all of those swirling questions (How do I cope with the feelings I have about childcare? Pumping at work, being away from baby, packing for daycare, caring for myself...How can I roll with all of these changes?) as you reintegrate work back into the mix.

I feel like I'm rushing around all day long but barely have anything to show for it at the end of the day. My to-do list is endless! I'd like to regain some control over my daily routine and feel productive without having to run around constantly.

Motherhood has a way of sending us in 20 different directions, and while we attend to so many things throughout the day, we can be left feeling unproductive and blah.This package is a day-to-day makeover aimed at shifting that mindset and allowing you to feel more productive, energized, and in control of your days. We bet we can even find a few minutes of calm just for you. 

Being a mom has so many different meanings for me. But somewhere along the way I feel like I have gotten lost. The demands of motherhood and the exhaustion have left me wondering who I am anymore, and there are parts of myself that I miss. I'd like to feel like myself again and find out how I can be a mom and be myself at the same time.

First Few Months Package

  • In those first few months after baby comes along, sometimes known as the Fourth Trimester, it feels like life is all about the baby - and that's probably true! We want to change that up a bit, because the truth is, when a new baby is brought home from the hospital, a new mom is, too. Moms need to be nurtured, celebrated, guided, and supported. Especially as we heal and adjust to all the new demands, shifts, and sleep deprivation. This package is designed to give moms the lay of the land for some very common experiences that many moms encounter in the first few months. So many of us want to know: Is it “normal” to feel or think this way? We'll help you sort through it, providing frameworks and information along the way to help make sense of everything you're experiencing. When we're informed, we feel understood, empowered, and we know we're not alone. 

Baby + Kid(s) Package

  • We’ve all heard that no two babies are the same. Neither is our experience when we adjust to another wee one in our lives. It’s a shift for the whole family: For you, and for each of your children who now has a new role as well. This package is designed not only as a survival guide now that you’re in the baby days again, but also to help you recalibrate your role as mom, figure out daily logistics that work, and help navigate the transition for the whole family. The transition of expanding your family can come with a huge range of thoughts and emotions that sometimes happen all at once (“I’m so grateful for my growing family” AND “I’m so overwhelmed”. “I absolutely love watching my older child(ren) take on the role of big sibling” AND “I feel guilty that my other child(ren) are not getting as much attention from me”. We’ll help you sort through all of this while you find your footing and begin to realize that you and your whole family are rocking this!

Back to Work Package

  • When we’re prepared and supported as we go through a major transition, we can feel more confident as we go through it. Plus, we can experience less of that angst and mental load that can go hand-in-hand with times of change. In this package we help you not only prepare and outline the logistics for returning to work but also help you ride out the wave of emotions that can come along with this time through a balance of action and acceptance. By taking it one step at a time, we break down this process into achievable steps so that all of this feels more manageable, and so you can allow the space for whatever you’re feeling without getting overwhelmed. Read it one more time: This is all doable, and you can do it. We’ll keep saying it until you believe it, too.

Day-to-Day Package

  • When you’re at your best, how do you like to structure your day? Maybe you like to have every second of each day scheduled, maybe you follow a to-do list, or maybe you’re a free spirit and you prefer floating through your day. No matter what daily structure you prefer, chances are that when baby came along, you felt like you lost all of that beloved control you had over your day. Who knew such a tiny creature was capable of completely taking the wheel of your life?! Let’s get you back in the driver’s seat with our Day-to-Day package. Your day might not look like it did pre-baby, but there are tons of strategies for regaining that feeling of productivity and structure that you once enjoyed. Together, we’ll identify how you like to operate throughout your day and match you with strategies to get you back to that feeling. We’ll also identify pockets throughout your day when you can focus on yourself, and we’ll make a plan to ensure that “Me Time” makes it on the schedule every day.

You're Still You Package

  • Motherhood has this amazing way of pushing us to depths within ourselves that we never knew existed. Sometimes, these depths bring out our superhero strengths. Other times, we can question ourselves and feel like we’ve lost touch with who we really are. While this might feel uncomfortable and uncertain at times, it also presents an amazing opportunity for us to really work towards feeling more authentic and tapping back into our true selves. In this package, we’ll find out what parts of yourself you miss (Yogi? Adventurer? Artist? Bookworm? Chef?), we’ll explore the ups and downs of that MOM identity that feels like it’s dominating, and we’ll make a solid plan to reconnect the parts that make you YOU, so that you can feel confident being yourself in motherhood.
