WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A COACHING PACKAGE?

We follow a three-part framework for our time together: Exploration & Insight, Sorting & Shifting, and Action & Celebration. First we seek to embrace a discovery mode to simply see what is already working and where there are opportunities to re-engage your strengths and natural tendencies. Then we take this information and sort through it to see what resonates most with you, what we can build upon or what strategies we can try out to make small shifts. Then we’re set up for action.

We know that life doesn’t just happen during scheduled appointments, so we offer the opportunity to stay connected with your coach and engaged in the process through email and texts. We love that through these brief touch points during the week we can offer ongoing support, guidance through obstacles, or quick pep talk as you implement your strategies and insights in real life!

WHAT MAKES MATERNAL WELLNESS COACHING DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY?

We love therapists. We spent our first careers as therapists. While we often bring into play our backgrounds as therapists, our coaching model is not therapy. Coaching focuses on the present and future. Our approach is highly active and based in a solution-focused framework, seeking to integrate strengths and work through obstacles. We use worksheets, trackers, and incorporate education around frameworks to help our clients make sense of what they’re experiencing. Our coaching model seeks to make shifts in daily life and in mindset through actionable strategies. There’s so much value in both coaching and therapy - it’s all about the right fit for you. WHAT ARE SOME COMMON REASONS THAT CLIENTS CHOOSE PRIVATE COACHING?
